Waikapū Pickles® are made of the freshest local ingredients available on Maui and within Hawaiʻi Nei.  We purchase our produce from local farmers (or grow our own), making our products 80% locally sourced or better.  Pint and quart jars come in cases of 12, and we can also make mixed-flavor cases to order.

Crunchy Dill Garlic:  cucumbers, water, vinegar, garlic, pepper, salt  (8 & 16 oz. slices, 32 oz. whole pickles, or 64 oz. slices). 

Sweet Bread & Butter:  cucumbers, vinegar, onions, sugar, salt, spices (8 oz., 16 oz., or 64 oz. slices) 

Hawaiian Chili Pepper:  cucumbers, water, vinegar, garlic, peppers, salt (8 oz. & 16 oz. slices,  32 oz. spears, or 64 oz. slices) 

64 oz. spicy cocktail spears: (more spicy brine for cocktails, and 1 lb. pickle spears)
